North London - N14 (Southgate)
£26,000-£28,000 basic salary + uncapped monthly commission (up to 25%) + benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, well-respected recruitment consultancy with an established global client base across the Building Design, Engineering & Construction sectors.
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering & Construction team. Cotleigh has an established client base across the Structural & Civil Engineering, Building Services, BIM and Renewable Energy sectors, providing an excellent platform to learn, develop and build a successful career.
This role is ideally suited to someone with at least 6 months' recruitment experience who is looking to move into a more professional recruitment environment, work alongside experienced consultants and accelerate their career within a specialist market.
You will have the opportunity to work on a continuous pipeline of live vacancies, build lasting client relationships, and develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant with ongoing support, mentoring and training.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months experience within a recruitment consultancy environment.
* Experience recruiting into any permanent market is welcomed; previous Engineering or Construction recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media to source candidates.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Motivated, organised and eager to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
* A team player who enjoys working in a friendly and professional environment.
We work from a very nice, listed courtyard office in Southgate, North London, offering a friendly, professional and open-plan working environment, with regular social events and team nights out.
The office is easily accessible via the Underground and Overground, with on-site parking also available.
