We are now looking to expand our Permanents Division and are looking for experienced Perms Consultants.
About the role:
We are seeking individuals who have a successful track record as Permanents Consultants within the Recruitment Industry. This is a 360 role incorporating Sales and Service for Permanent Clients. This is a position for people who do not give up easily and understand the hard work it takes to achieve the goals they are working towards.
The perfect candidate is a self-starter, passionate and a well-disciplined individual who wishes to over-deliver and contribute to the future growth and development of our business. This position will report to the Permanent Division Director.
About the Role:
* Previous 360 Consultant Role
* Previous Business Development experience.
* Experience of working within the Recruitment Industry.
* Ability to forge business relationships.
* Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
The consultant will be responsible for;
* Identifying new business opportunities.
* Perform agreed sales activity & achieve financial targets.
* Manage client requirements.
* Ensure candidate pool is managed effectively.
