Role: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Woodford Green (IG8)

Salary: £21000 - £65K+ per annum (OTE)

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Additional: Casual Dress, Warm Desk, Uncapped Commission

Job Overview

The role of a recruitment consultant is fast paced and demanding, requires high levels of attention to detail and a good work ethic. Having good communication skills both on the phone and email as well as being able to work under pressure are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* To source candidates for school-based roles using candidate databases and various job boards

* Helping with admin and compliance duties the department requires.

* Liaising with candidates regarding the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job they are applying for

* Negotiating salary rates and closing the deal

* Working towards and exceeding targets Helping to build the team
