Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Peterborough branch as a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a warm desk that supplies Temporary FOH catering and cleaning staff to clients in the Cambridge and Peterborough area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Peterborough office and from home for a proportion of your week after onboarding, training and performing. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;

Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
Managing National Account Business
Business to business outbound sales calls, marketing activities and working to targets
Travelling to visit clients for meetings so being a driver with your own transport is ideal
Sourcing and recruiting temporary Front of House catering and cleaning staff
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Servicing existing business to a high standard
