The role of a Recruitment Consultant is multifaceted, with both highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:
Build relationships to sell our recruitment services to both candidates and clients
Achieve sales KPIs
Provide excellent customer service
Consult and advise companies on their recruitment plans
Grow your own business through sales activities, both on the phone and face-to-face
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with previous sales experience, excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – and proficiency in MS Office packages. A strong work ethic is also required, and previous experience in a sales environment will be beneficial, but not necessary – we will provide you with the necessary training.
