As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, such as online platforms, referrals, networking events and more.
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and fit for the role.
Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates.
Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients and candidates.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for finding the best talent for your clients.
