* Support candidates throughout the entire process, from CV preparation to interview success and offer acceptance.
* Manage the interview and contract offer process for clients and candidates seamlessly.
* Stay up to date with relevant recruitment policies, laws, and regulations.
What you'll bring:
* 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
* A proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to exceed targets.
* Strong customer service skills, ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build meaningful relationships.
* Resilience, adaptability, and exceptional multitasking skills.
