Salary: Dependant on experience (with uncapped commission bonuses)

Interaction Recruitment is one of the UK's leading independent recruitment agencies offering a quality and consultative service to both our clients and candidates. Due to high levels of continued success and expansion we are currently seeking trainees and experienced consultants to run and grow a busy desk based out of our office in Portsmouth city centre.
We are happy to consider candidates from all backgrounds, but any relevance to recruitment driving or industrial roles may be beneficial. This consultant will be responsible for the development of their desk (ideally, we are looking at consultants either experienced in Driving or Industrial industries) which would cover Dorset, Hampshire, Devon, West Sussex, Kent and Surrey areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants an opportunity in recruitment but wants to work for an employer who will allow them to implement their own ideas and be given expert support and development needed to grow and run a successful business.
