Ethero is delighted to announce, we have an opportunity to join our incredibly talented team of recruiters as a Recruitment and Service Consultant.
This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to develop new client relationships and manage accounts within Telford area. Main duties:
Grow new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews.
Presenting qualified candidates to clients.
Engage in business development and account management activities.
Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
CRM regular updates.
Skills required:
A strong and proven track record in customer service, networking and/or client development abilities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
A winning mentality.
Good IT skills.
Driving licence.
Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
