We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Recruitment & HR Specialist to join the People team of a leading technology business. If you love hands‑on recruitment and want to make a real impact on onboarding and the wider employee experience, this role has your name on it.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and support key HR coordination activity. It’s a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll help shape an inclusive, efficient and values‑led approach to attracting and developing great talent.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from vacancy briefing to onboarding

*

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering insight and guidance

*

Create engaging job adverts and tailored attraction strategies

*

Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, CV databases and talent pools

*

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate the full selection process

*

Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data across ATS and HR systems

*

Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns

*

Champion inclusive hiring and continuous improvement

*

Provide HR coordination support across the employee lifecycle

*

Support People Development project teams

About You

*

Experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally with HR coordination exposure

*

Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities at pace

*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

*

Skilled in proactive sourcing and building pipelines

*

Passionate about delivering an inclusive, high‑quality candidate and colleague experience

*

Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

*

Collaborative, organised and solutions‑focused

What’s on Offer

This is an initial 12‑month contract as the organisation undergoes positive transformation, with genuine potential to become permanent. The role will naturally evolve into a lead recruitment position with growing involvement in People and Talent Development.

Fluency in Spanish, German or French is highly desirable to support global recruitment activity
