I am recruiting for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor for an initial 3 month contract for an organisation based in Sheffield. The role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and on-boarding processes.

Description
This is a great role for a full-rounded recruiter, and will focus on on:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Assist in developing job descriptions and person specifications
Provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practices
Create a range of inclusive advertisements that promote our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Maintain HR databases and systems
Participate in HR projects as requiredProfile
A successful candidate should have the following experience:
Established recruiter with background of managing recruitment campaigns from advertising, sourcing and selection
Confident to work with hiring managers, taking briefs and advising on process
Previously of worked in an in-house recruitment role.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Experience of LinkedIn recruiter to target active and passive candidates
Experience of using social media channels as a means of attracting candidates
Providing expert recruitment advice to key stakeholdersJob Offer
An annual salary of approximately £36,000 (pro-rata)
