Are you an experienced recruiter who loves finding great people, building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering a brilliant candidate experience?

We’re recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team of a fast-paced, ambitious organisation currently going through an exciting period of growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the recruitment journey from initial brief through to offer, combining proactive candidate sourcing with strong stakeholder management and recruitment best practice.

You’ll work closely with managers across the business to understand their recruitment needs, build strong talent pipelines and ensure the organisation continues to attract and secure the right people as it grows.

What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Advisor

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of vacancies (sales recruitment)

Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide advice throughout the recruitment process

Developing effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, databases, networking and referrals

Creating engaging job adverts and proactively identifying potential candidates

Screening applications, conducting initial interviews and coordinating interviews and assessments

Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements

Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey

Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Maintaining accurate recruitment records and monitoring recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Supporting offers, contracts, right-to-work checks and other recruitment administration

What we are looking for - Recruitment Advisor

We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience within recruitment/talent acquisition, who is confident managing recruitment processes from start to finish.

You’ll be proactive and comfortable sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on applications, with experience using social media, job boards and online recruitment platforms.

Just as importantly, you’ll be a natural relationship builder who can work confidently with hiring managers, influence decisions and provide a professional and engaging experience for candidates.

You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities, and able to thrive within a busy, fast-moving environment.
