Full Time Contract (3-6 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Recruitment Administrator in Haringey. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
Be the 'go to' person for all first line queries in relation to recruitment from candidates and hiring managers.
Responsible for keeping track and resolving tickets raised within HALO.
Be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Specialists with interview scheduling and sending out of interview invites and monitoring acceptances
Responsible for sending out 'Conditional Offer Letters' and managing the acceptance process.
The candidate:
Experience in a recruitment capacity is essential
Experience in an administrative capacity is essential
