Description:

Job title: HR/Recruitment Administrator

Hourly rate: £12.82p/h - £15.38p/h

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (may consider shorter working hours for right candidate)

Hybrid/Fully remote

Duration: 6 months

Start date: ASAP - candidates must be available immediately

Are you skilled in crafting compelling job adverts and coordinating high-volume interviews? Do you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a remote work environment? If so, I am looking for someone like you to join an EdTech organisation within their recruitment team on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months!

Responsibilities:

Write and post engaging job adverts, primarily for internal positions.
Arrange internal interviews and coordinate high-volume remote interviews using Greenhouse.
Set up scorecard interviews in Greenhouse or have experience using an ATS.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment administration.Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment administration.
Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for error-spotting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Comfortable with remote work arrangements.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS
