Managing ads weekly on Indeed, ensuring all ads are refreshed and up to date.
Clearing down old ads and ensuring outstanding candidates are closed before new ads are posted.
Completing pre-screening for all new candidates, printing off CVs for pre-screen completion.
Arranging face-to-face interviews for suitable candidates, providing them with necessary forms and questionnaires.
Ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained from candidates, including DBS checks, proof of address, references, and more.

Requirements for success in this role:

A commitment to maintaining compliant and accurate files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and audited weekly.
Excellent time management skills to ensure interviews and administrative tasks are conducted efficiently.
Strong communication skills to handle telephone calls and maintain up-to-date call logs.
Proficiency in using recruitment trackers, including recruitment, DBS, and training trackers.
Knowledge of relevant recruitment processes, such as pre-screening, candidate interviews, and compliance checks.Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Salary: £12.30ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels

Location: Wallsend - Parking available and extremely accessible via Public Transport

Start date: ASAP

Employment type: Temporary ongoing, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
