We are delighted to be working in partnership with a successful and rapidly expanding organisation in Oxford recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team in ensuring a smooth running of the recruitment process.

As Recruitment Administrator you will be:
. Working closely with the recruitment team in managing the inbox, responding to telephone and email enquiries
. Supporting in reviewing candidates and shortlisting
. Providing general administration support including scheduling and booking interviews
. Writing and posting job adverts, monitoring the applications
The ideal candidate will be:
. Self-sufficient and proactive
. Able to prioritise workload
. Able to pick up new systems quickly (tech savvy)
