We are looking for a full time Recruitment Administrator to join our team, we are a successful recruitment agency with a busy office that requires an administrator to take all ownership of the day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator with the ability to multitask who can diversify and can worked in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to: -
* Meet and Greet visitors
* Answering the Telephone
* Supporting consultants / Resourcing Candidates
* Advertising for consultants on a variety of Job Boards covering specific industries.
* Social Media and creation of posts on all platforms
* CV Formatting
* Registration of Candidates and administration of all supporting documentation.
* ID Verification – Right to work Check
* Obtain References
* You will also learn payroll to support the Accounts department along with low level bookkeeping
* And any other duties deemed necessary
