Challengetrg Recruitment are looking to place a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer at our Head office in Wigan.

We are looking for a great personality to fit within our existing team. Do you have a 'CAN DO' attitude?

This position will give the opportunity to progress to other areas of the business once you have exceeded in the role of recruitment administrator.

Hours of work: 40 hours (8.30am - 17.00pm)

Days of work: Monday to Friday

salary: To be discussed at interview - will be depandant upon experience

Duties:

The role will involve speaking to candidates on the phone, so a confident and professional phone manner is essential.

The recruitment admin role will focus on quality telephone screening and general admin duties associated with agency driver recruitment.

Administration and compliance is required around driver recruitment and training will be given to the right candidate.

knowledge of software packages that include excel, outlook, in house candidate record systems, screening applicants that have applied via our numerous job boards and social media sites.

You will work amongst a team of 3-4 consultants and the job role can be reactive, so a steady head and organisational skills are desirable.

Conducting interviews both on the phone and face to face when registering candidates.

Experience of Organisational skills and prioritising your day to day tasks would be beneficial with this role.
