Recruitment Administrator, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Leicestershire, Coventry

* Recruitment Administrator jobs, Resourcing Administrator jobs, Recruitment Coordinator jobs, Resourcing Coordinator jobs, HR Administrator jobs.

* Work from home 3-4 days per week.

* Part time role, 25 hours per week (with flexibility to increase this to 30 hours at times), Monday to Friday working days, ideally 9am – 2pm working hours but we can tweak this working pattern slightly.

* Initial 6-month PAYE contract position, hourly rate equivalent to £25,000 per annum for a full-time equivalent role.

* You will be joining an incredibly diverse and interesting engineering and technology research, development, and consulting organisation.

Role would suit an Administrator or Coordinator with previous experience of working in a recruitment, resourcing, HR, or Human Resources environment.

Your background as a Recruitment Administrator:

* This Recruitment Administrator role would suit a candidate with previous experience of working within a recruitment, resourcing, human resources / HR environment.

* Be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal department managers and suppliers) at all levels of a business.

* You will be diligent, have good attention to detail and be able to work in an organised and collaborative manner.

* You will have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) to be able to support database input and management and use bespoke training and recruitment databases.

Recruitment Administrator responsibilities:

* Coordination and delivery of key resourcing activities across an engineering and technology business.

* Working closely with department managers, applicants, and external recruitment suppliers to support recruitment requirements.

* Recruitment vacancy management (candidate processing and interview arrangements).

* This is a hybrid role; you will work 1-2 days onsite per week and 3-4 days from home with flexibility as required.
