Recruitment Administrator

Hook, Hampshire - Fully office based

Part time - 30 hours per week - Tuesday-Friday -

Immediate start!

Temp contract - Up to 6 months, reviewed on a regular basis

*Due to the nature of this role you will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Check prior to starting, Tate will complete this*

The Job:
Our client, within the Education Sector, is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator. As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Your main duties will include:

Helping to post job vacancies on various platforms
Reviewing resumes and job applications
Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate evaluations
Communicating with candidates and providing updates on their application status
Managing our applicant tracking system and database
Assisting with the orientation process for new hires
Offering general administrative support to the recruitment team as requiredSkills and experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Attention to
Proficiency in MS Packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
