Recruitment Administrator 9 month contract

£25,000 - £27,000 DOE + team bonus, hybrid working and desirable company benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Huntress team to cover maternity leave.

This position will see the successful applicant supporting the branch in a varied and proactive role that requires excellent organisational skills and customer service capabilities.

Recruitment Administrator duties will include:

Sourcing and vetting candidates
Booking appointments for consultants and sending confirmations
Generating leads through open questioning and building rapport
Formatting documents and CV's
Posting job adverts, and responding to suitable applicants
Using Client vacancy portals to submit candidates for consideration
Use of social media to promote current roles and to connect with possible candidates
Sending applicant and client mailers and lead generation for the sales teamCandidate requirements:

Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
Previous administration, customer coordination or account management experience
Ability to multitask, reacting to a busy workday and able prioritise workload effectively
