Description:

This role is offered with working 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will support the Service Lead in managing the operations for one of our business
You will be:

Providing first class administrative support to the onboarding process for our managed services
Coordinating interviews for prospective Workers
Sending contracts and compliance documents to new Workers
Carrying out diligence checks on compliance files submitted
Updating and maintaining a project tracking spreadsheet
Collation and reconciliation of Workers timesheet for payroll approval
Liaising across departments to ensure all Workers files are fully compliant for audits
Excellent Office 365 experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent soft skills
Ability to prioritise work and flexible when managing competing deadlines
General email communications
Fast paced office
Highly organised
