We're now looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our thriving Children's Education Services (CES) team in Newcastle.

The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will:

Manage and grow relationships with schools, local authorities and education providers
Source, interview and place high-quality 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Drive client retention and encourage repeat business
Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business
Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placementWhat We're Looking For
