Description:

Existing accounts, 30-40 workers per account, uncapped performance-related bonus and the opportunity to build your own team.
If you're an experienced Industrial Recruitment Account Manager who enjoys managing sizeable accounts but still wants the freedom to develop them commercially, this could be a really interesting move. You'll be joining an established recruitment business that wants someone to take ownership of this portfolio and make it their own.

Why Join?
As an Industrial Recruitment Account Manager, you'll be taking over established business rather than starting with an empty desk.

Existing portfolio of around five or six accounts
Approximately 30-40 workers within each account
Uncapped performance-related bonus
Weekly or monthly pay
Up to 34 days' holiday per year
Extra paid day off each year to celebrate your work anniversary
Healthcare scheme
Your own personal mentor
In-house training team providing ongoing training throughout your career
Continuous personal development through training, mentoring and coaching
Opportunity to build a team of three or four as the function develops
Regular company events
Free on-site parking

The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Account Manager, you'll:

Take responsibility for a portfolio of around five or six existing accounts
Manage approximately 30-40 workers within each account
Work across a mixture of Industrial, Driving, Engineering and Healthcare accounts
Manage accounts across different geographical locations using established digital processes
Make sure each account is run efficiently and compliantly
Build strong relationships with existing clients
Develop the accounts and identify opportunities for commercially viable growth
Take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment and account-management activity

About You
To succeed as an Industrial Recruitment Account Manager, you'll probably be someone who:

Has strong recruitment agency experience
Has previously managed sizeable client accounts
Is comfortable looking after multiple accounts and a substantial temporary workforce
Understands high-volume recruitment, ideally within Industrial, Driving or similar sectors
Is commercially aware and confident developing existing business
Can build strong relationships without needing to be permanently based on a client site
Is organised and understands the importance of compliance
Has plenty of energy and personality and enjoys dealing with people
Wants ownership of something they can develop rather than simply inheriting a desk and maintaining the status quo
Interested?
If you enjoy the account-management side of recruitment but still want the commercial challenge of growing business, this gives you both.
The accounts are already there, so you're not starting from scratch. The Industrial Recruitment Account Manager opportunity is to take ownership of them, run them properly, grow them at the right margins and, if the model develops as planned, build a team around you.
