Recruitment Account Manager (All Levels) - Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum basic (DOE) + Commission + Benefits

With offices in Birmingham and the East Midlands, our head office is located in The Custard Factory, Digbeth. We're expanding our team and seeking talented Account Managers to support our existing clients.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will manage dedicated accounts without the need for cold calling. You will handle recruitment processes from start to finish for multiple business relationships, supporting clients and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage entire recruitment lifecycle from job specification to candidate placement.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and our internal CRM.
Screen candidates via phone, video calls, and face-to-face interviews.
Arrange interviews and handle job offers and negotiations.
Maintain and update a spec list to inform team leaders of potential industry leads.Requirements

Strong administrative skills, ideally with recruitment experience.
Highly organized with experience in diary/inbox management.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Independent worker with high discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent workload management and adherence to procedures and policies.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
Confident, bubbly, and hardworking.Package Includes

Competitive basic salary up to £32,500 + commission, based on experience.
Regular salary reviews tied to performance milestones (every 6 to 12 months).
Monthly commission payouts.
Full-time hours: 38 hours per week. Core hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 3 pm on Fridays. Flexible and part-time hours available if required.
Nest Company Pension plan.
20 days holiday + Christmas shut down + Bank Holidays (increasing 1 day per year up to 25 days after 5 years of service).
