Do you have a background in recreational leisure or hospitality with a vision and an ability to grow and develop a key division of a leading supplier and deliverer of recreational products and services?
Maybe you have a background or passion for paintball or laser-quest, skydiving or rock climbing?

On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding recreational supplies business, we are recruiting for a Centre manager who can lead and grow their recreation centre business to ensure it reaches it’s full potential.
Overview of the role is to;
* Look after customers to ensure they have the best experience
* Promote the centre and develop awareness to increase customer participation
* Effectively use social media to raise brand awareness
* Manage a small team
* Liaise with other managers to ensure cross selling across all divisions
* Use inhouse software and database
* General administration functions
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience or a desire to learn, a good level of communication along with a friendly, welcoming and professional persona.
Experience or interest in airsoft is a bonus.
Hours of work are initially Wednesday to Sunday though this could change depending on success and growth achieved.
