Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a receptionist to work for a company based in Hartlepool.

This is a full-time and permanent position. Salary is very competitive and includes excellent benefits.

Role:

* Managing switchboard

* Greet clients and visitors and arranging refreshments

* Liaising with clients managing the receipt of and collection of records and information

* Managing office supplies

* Updating and maintaining database

* Competent in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

* Committed to delivering a high standard of service to clients

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

* Be well-organised, able to manage own workload and work to deadlines
