We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our luxury cosmetic hospital in central London. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service in a sophisticated environment. You must be very well presented with some luxury receptionist experience. You should also be able to start a new position in September 2026.
Duties
* Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
* Manage appointment bookings and schedule consultations using our administrative systems
* Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct messages efficiently
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the clinic’s luxury standards
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing payments
* Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations
