Role Responsibilities:
Meet and Greet Visitors: Be the friendly face that welcomes guests to our premises.
Answer Phones and Emails: Efficiently handle incoming calls and electronic correspondence.
Maintain Meeting Rooms: Keep meeting rooms organized and ready for use.
Tidy Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Support Site Security Measures: Assist in maintaining a secure environment.
Health & Safety Management: Contribute to safety protocols and security checks.
Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, minute-taking, and other administrative duties.
Covid-19 Cleaning Regime: Help maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
Home Working Administration: Support remote work arrangements.
Site Pre-Booking Process: Assist in managing site bookings.
Attendance Reporting: Collate and report daily attendance figures.
Cloudbooking Software: Support the use of Cloudbooking for meeting room and desk reservations.
Service Now CAFM System: Input reactive tasks and incidents.
Courier Services: Book couriers and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Post Delivery: Distribute mail to staff members.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Facilities Management (FM) team as needed.
Sub-Contractor Coordination: Organize sub-contractor visits and vendor call-outs.
Emergency Preparedness: Play a role in site evacuations and fire drills.Essential Requirements:

Reception/Facilities Experience: Previous relevant work experience.
Effective Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills.

Office Health & Safety Awareness: Comply with safety guidelines.Desirable Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel and Word: Familiarity with office software.
Knowledge of CAFM Systems: Previous exposure to Computer-Aided Facility Management systems.
Security Systems Experience: Understanding of security protocols and processes.Working Hours:
