Description:
Our client has an immediate start for a temporary Receptionist to provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive receptionist/telephonist service and to include the maintenance of boardrooms and the main kitchen. The hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The role is expected to last till 26th May 2024.
The role:
* Deliver practical services of outstanding quality that are focused on the client's needs.
* To provide reception/switchboard duties
* To ensure the kitchen is clean and presentable, stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, water and orange juice.
* To check twice daily that all meeting rooms are prepared and ready for clients.
* To assist with any admin duties when needed.
Skills/Experience:
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Clear speaking voice
Previous receptionist experience
