Location: Windsor
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of a lovely Windsor office. Your days will be varied and dynamic, from greeting clients with a warm smile to providing essential support to the team, ensuring the office runs like clockwork.

Main Purpose of Role
The Receptionist/Administrator ensures the smooth operation of the office, offering a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, handling communications efficiently, and providing essential administrative support to a legal team. The ideal candidate will be a local individual with strong administrative and reception experience, who is professional, friendly, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Open the premises each morning.
* Effectively process all incoming telephone calls.
* Log calls and convey messages promptly.
* Greet and process all clients and visitors in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner.
* Perform kitchen duties, keep the kitchen and reception area clean, Prepare tea and coffee for clients and Directors.
* Water plants and bring in the bins weekly.
* Administer the fax machine.
* Check and manage incoming emails to the generic account.
* Handle DX and postal duties (pick-up and drop-off), prepare and post all outgoing mail.
* Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
* Provide typing and secretarial support to Directors (e.g., preparing bundles, typing letters and documents, photocopying).
* Communicate and correspond with clients, and third parties.
* Open new files, including ID checks and preparing both paper and electronic files.
* Close files accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure confidentiality of all firm and client documentation and information.
* Comply with office procedures as set out in the office manual.
* Undertake any other clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong administrative and reception experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
Holiday: 20 days, with 1 extra day per year up to 25 days
