Our client is a well-established Chartered Surveyors who have been established for many years and deal with Residential, Commercial and Students Lettings over several offices in the Kent area.
Due to business demands our client is recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their established and friendly team at their Canterbury Branch.
Role: Receptionist/Administrator
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday with time off in lieu
Salary: £22.500.00 Per Year

Overview of Role:
To proficiently manage reception, the branch switchboard and provide administrative support to the Residential team.
The Role:
* Reception duties including
* Greeting visitors, arranging appointments, liaising with potential tenants, arranging refreshments where necessary etc.
* Operating Switchboard
* Assisting with renewals by preparing letters for renewal
* Dealing with correspondence
* Tracking documentation and ensuring its return
* Preparing paperwork for renewal once agreed
* Genera administration duties as required.
* Previous Receptionist/Administration skills necessary
* High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated
* Strong communication skills
* Must have excellent Word & Excel skills.
