Our client is a well established business who operate in the rail sector, an opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Procurement Assistant to join the existing team in Scunthorpe.

Reporting to the HR Manager the purpose of the role is to undertake the daily duties of the switchboard and reception and the Procurement administration.

Main duties will include but are not limited to;

* Reception/Switchboard cover.

* Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail.

* Meeting and greeting visitors.

* Maintain adequate stocks of consumables in all meeting rooms.

* Order and maintain stocks of PPE, stationery, and kitchen supplies.

* Expedite Purchase Orders to ensure deliveries are received on time.

* Ensure materials are available at the right time for Production.

* Process Delivery Notes and stock issues.

* Filing.

* Resolve Invoice queries.

* Assisting with Stock Counts.

* Assisting the Procurement Manager.
