Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an independently-owned Hotel in the heart of Aviemore and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the front office team.

What's involved?
As Hotel Receptionist your duties will include but not limited to:
Checking guests in and out
Manage all enquiries and bookings across the business
Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
Upselling of upgraded rooms as well promote other hotel services
Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
Reconciliation of tills and PDQ'sWe are seeking a passionate Hotel receptionist with a good understanding of customer service and who has excellent organisational skills as well as a good command of English. Also experience of Rezlynx or Guestline would be advantageous and flexible to works shifts including weekends.
