Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a new challenge?  Yellow 42 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join a new, forward-thinking and innovative private medical GP practice in Glasgow.  We are seeking an experienced and loyal person to become part of their family!

The Job – Receptionist

As the receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for the patients and maintaining a relaxing ambiance within the practice. 

Key responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.

Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.

Providing quotations, handling billing inquiries, preparing invoices and taking payments.

Assisting with other tasks as needed.

The Person – Receptionist

The ideal candidate for reception role will have previous experience in a similar position either within the hospitality industry or within a medical environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
