Receptionist

Description:

Working for a world leading company, a specialist in their field. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors/staff arriving at their Nottingham Office.
Covering Reception and covering the retail shop

Main duties
Receive and book for arrivals at Reception using the booking systemLiaise with relevant hosts to arrange collection of visitors (Telephone)
Book out visitors leaving the site
Process all sales transactions (cash, card) for shop customers
Carry out end-of-day reconciliations to balance the cash/card transactions
Follow strict security procedures in cash handling and storage using the safe
Re-stocking of shelves as required
Booking of Taxi's on request
Take calls
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy at all times

Skills required
A high level of courtesy and professionalism as the role will represent the public face of the company
The ability to work closely to defined procedures and to maintain quality
The ability to work effectively and flexibly within an established team, being supportive of colleagues
Good communication skills (face to face, telephone)
Part-time - 4 days a weekTues-Fri 8.30-4.30
