Description:
We are hiring an experienced Receptionist to join our client, who are an established manufacturing company based in Reading.
This role would be an immediate start and would be a 6-month Fixed term contract.
* Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
* £12.50 – 14:00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Duties Include:
* General receptionist duties
* Data entry and using systems
* Being first point of call for visitors on site
* Answering intercom
* Providing first class customer service
* General data entry and administrative duties
* Answering inbound calls
* Sending emails
Skills Required:
* Previous experience working in reception role
* Must be IT literate
* Strong customer service skills
* Good manners as will be dealing with customers and visitors
* Good working attitude
