We are a Repair Bodyshop near Gatwick in Crawley who are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Receptionist. We are looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team.
Bodyshop Receptionist Role:
Meet and greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Discuss customer’s requirements and assist with their needs
Ensure all administrative functions within the bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policies.
To use Auto flow Management Systems ( training provided )
Support other staff members in all administrative related matters
As a Bodyshop Receptionist:
Have at least 3 years experience in a customer facing role
Bodyshop experience would be an advantage but not a necessity
confident in computer literacy
Organised and efficient to deal with the volume of paperwork
Friendly and approachable
Passionate for attention to detail
Professional, enthusiastic and experienced individual with great customer service skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, No Weekends
