Temporary Weekend Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and customer focused individual to support our client, based in Guildford, as a Temporary Receptionist. Both weekend and weekday shifts available!

Location: Guildford, GU1 1TB

Salary: £11.50ph

Dates Needed:

Sat 29th & Sun 30th June
Mon 1st - Fri 5th July: 8:00am - 6:00pmAll July Weekends:

Saturdays: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Sundays: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sat 6th & Sun 7th
Sat 13th & Sun 14th
Sat 20th & Sun 21st
Sat 27th & Sun 28thWhat you'll be doing:

Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members.
Managing the central inbox
Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area.
Assisting with booking appointments
General administrationWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Receptionist, Customer Service or Administration role is a bonus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer literate.
