The Role
Do you have a friendly and professional telephone manner? Are you organised and capable of managing a busy workload? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are an established financial advising firm, looking to appoint a friendly and organised receptionist to our growing team on either a full or part-time basis.
Your main duties will be answering the phones and opening, scanning, and dispatching mail. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, taking accurate messages and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
Open, scan and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
