Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Provide general information to visitors and respond to enquiries.
* Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Receptionist Qualifications:
* Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
* Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Customer service-oriented with a positive and helpful demeanour.
