Front of House Receptionist
Location: Cheadle, SK8
Contract: Initial 1-month contract, with potential for extension

We are looking for a friendly, professional and approachable Front of House Receptionist to join our team in Cheadle (SK8) on an initial 1-month contract, with the potential for the role to be extended.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and confident in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors, clients and guests in a warm and professional manner
* Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept presentable
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
* Responding to general enquiries and providing information where appropriate
* Managing appointments, visitors and meeting room bookings
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Supporting general administrative and front-of-house duties
* Liaising with colleagues and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, approachable and professional
* Confident communicating with people face-to-face and over the telephone
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and well presented
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
* IT literate and confident using basic computer systems
* Previous reception, front-of-house, customer service or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
