Description:
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a receptionist for our client based in Woking.
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Woking
Responsibilities:
Initial point of contact for visitors.
Issuing temporary building passes.
Booking conference room facilities and catering.
Receiving and sorting post.
Managing courier's deliveries.
Updating site documentation.
Assisting with help desk management.
Other tasks as directed by Facilities Manager.Skills Required:
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to work unsupervised under pressure.
Proactive and positive attitude.
