As a Receptionist, you'll be a warm and welcoming first point of contact, helping to create a memorable guest experience.
Manage guest arrivals and departures with a warm, professional approach
Handle a variety of reception and reservations tasks
Deliver attentive and personalised guest service
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Work across early, middle and late shifts on a rota basis
Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards
Use systems such as Rezlynx, Secure Trading and ResDiaryWhat we're looking for
You'll be an organised and versatile Receptionist who enjoys working in a hands-on team environment.
Previous 4-star (or higher) hotel reception experience within a luxury or boutique environment is essential
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident working as part of a dedicated team
Flexible and adaptable approach to different shifts and responsibilities
