Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a new role? Our client is a leading expert in their industry and is seeking a receptionist / client relations officer to join their reputable team.

THE ROLE:
As receptionist / client relations officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong clerical and administrative skills, as well as excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.

Main Duties:
Be the first point of contact for the company, greeting guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them appropriately, copying any documentation required, and providing refreshments.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring proper re-routing.
Coordinate client meetings.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Take payments and follow up on outstanding debts.
Complete tasks in relation to the onboarding of clients.
Organise consultations.
Perform conflict of interest checks.
Complete relevant documentation.
Ensure interview rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials provided.
Supply basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and / or deliveries.
Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
Confirm with clients that they have received contracts and establish if they require any assistance.
Other clerical duties where required such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

THE CANDIDATE:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, call centre, or similar role.
Inbound and outbound call experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent organisational skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and detailed orientated.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Positive customer service attitude.
