Start Date: Saturday 8th June

If you're the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.

Hours:
Saturdays 9am-5pm
Sundays 10am-4pm
Plus occasional Holiday cover during the week

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting VIPs and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
Ensuring guests are well looked after
Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
Associated administration duties including back-office support (database, diaries, emails)Skills/Experience Required

Previous experience working within the elite service sector (hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or similar)
Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
Good attention to detail
Customer-focused
Reliability is a must!Further information:

We will consider one candidate to work every weekend, or 2 candidates for the role, making the hours every other weekend plus shared holiday cover.
The contract is temporary ongoing, currently set to be reviewed in December 2024.
