Receptionist Leicester £11.44 per hour Full time, Monday - Saturday If you're the kind of person who is passionate about customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.
Duties include:
Meeting and greeting VIPs and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
Ensuring guests are well looked after
Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
Associated administration duties including back-office support (database, diaries, emails)Skills/Experience Required
Previous experience working within the elite service sector (hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or similar)
Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
Good attention to detail
Customer-focusedOngoing temporary contract
