We are looking for an experienced Receptionist who can offer support on an ad hoc temporary basis to cover holidays and sickness at numerous car dealerships based in Bolton.

Supporting car dealerships with Reception cover offers a great working environment and can lead to consistent ad hoc temporary work without the ties of contracts. It would be ideal for an individual who enjoys working within a professional environment and who can offer their commitment and loyalty to dealerships for ongoing work.

Offering pay rates of £11.44p/h, weekly pay, working a variety of shifts Monday to Friday and weekends, professional working environments.

What will you be doing as a Receptionist?

Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership
Answering all incoming calls and announcing and directing calls to departments
Taking down and passing on accurate messages
Being attentive to customer needs, replenishing drinks, clearing empty cups, ensuring all hospitality areas are clean and tidy
Dealerships can be busy and requires the candidate to be pro active and to be able to think on their feet
What skills & experience will you need as a Receptionist?

Previous reception / customer service skills essential
Excellent communication skills
Able to keep calm under pressure
Professional in presentation
Multi tasker
Able to use their own initiative
About The Benefits:

£11.44 per hour
Weekly pay
Hours of work - Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, Sundays 10am to 4pm
