Job Title: Reception Cover
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Location: Aberdeen (AB11)
Duration: 2 days (Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th June) with potential for additional adhoc shifts.
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00
Training: Must be available for 1 day of training this week.
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to provide cover at our client's Aberdeen office. This is a temporary role, covering for two days with the possibility of additional adhoc shifts in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be reliable and punctual.
