Description:
Our client, based in Cambridge are currently looking for a Reception/Facilities Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
* Providing a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors
* Liaising with maintenance contractors
* Supporting the Facilities Manager with building security
* Conducting routine health & safety checks
* Organising first aid and fire safety training
* General administrative support
* Assisting with event planning and co-ordination
The successful candidate:
* At least 12 months experience in an admin or reception role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A friendly, professional approach
* Confident with good problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A good team player
